The first Ventura County location of Grabbagreen is so close to opening in Thousand Oaks’ Skyline Plaza shopping center that daily checks of the business’ Facebook page are in order as the weekend nears (hint, hint).
The Scottsdale, Arizona-based chain specializes in “superfood” bowls, juices and smoothies, promising that “organics make up 70 percent of Grabba Grain and Grabba Green Signature menu items.” Franchisee owners Scott and Rochelle Wilson of Ojai also plan to open a location in Ventura. Construction at that site has yet to begin.
