Grain bowls, salads, breakfast, acai bowls, smoothies and fresh-pressed juice make up the menu at this Arizona-based healthful chain. Offerings include the Sonoran breakfast sandwich with egg and a quinoa cake and the 435-calorie macaroni and cheese made with quinoa noodles and Cheddar jack cheese. The newest branch opened in north Scottsdale. It’s the sixth outlet in Arizona and the 21st around the country.
