Q: How do I sign up for Grabsomegreen Rewards?
A: You can sign up at any participating Grabbagreen store by giving your phone number to the cashier at checkout*, or sign up online.

*If you sign up in store, you will still need to register your account to redeem Rewards.

Q: How old do I have to be to join?
A: You must be 13 years of age or older to become a member.
Q: Once I’ve signed up in-store, how do I register my account?

Q: Do I need to enter my personal information to register my account?
A: We ask for only a few pieces of information such as your birthday, phone number and email address. Rest assured that we will never sell your information to third parties.

Q: What is the point structure of Grabsomegreen Rewards?
A: You earn one point for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (e.g., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point) on qualifying purchases.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Provide your phone number to the cashier at checkout, before paying. You can also log into your account before placing an online order at www.Grabbagreen.com or on the Grabbagreen App. Earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases; excluding gratuity, taxes, and other exclusions. Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for points; gift cards used as tender do qualify for points. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.
Q: Can I still get points for my purchase if I forgot to enter my phone number at checkout?
A: Yes, you can! Log into your account, within 30 days of the transaction, click on “Upload Receipt,” and fill out the form using the ten-character code at the bottom of your receipt.

Q: How can I use my points?
A: Once you accumulate 50 points, your points are converted into a $5 Reward to use on your next in-store or online purchase. $5 Reward is valid for one time use only. If check total is under $5, you will forfeit the remaining amount.
Q: What purchases qualify for points?
A: Nearly all purchases qualify for points – including catering orders. Points are earned if you use a gift card as tender but are not earned if you purchase a gift card. Points are not earned on orders via third party delivery or other third-party sites, gift card purchases, open food items, gratuities, coupon discounts, taxes, or receipt adjustments.
Q: Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
A: For every 50 points you earn, a $5 Reward is generated. There is no limit to how many $5 Rewards you can earn, but only one $5 Reward can be redeemed per transaction. Each $5 Reward expires 90 days from the date of issue.
Q: Can I get points for punches accumulated on my punch card?
A: Yes. You need to will follow these steps:
  1. Create a Grabbagreen Rewards account, if you have not already done so, by entering your phone number into the terminal at checkout or creating account at www.Grabbabreen.com/rewards. If you create an account in store, you will still need to register your account at www.Grabbabreen.com/rewards to unlock any earned rewards.
  2. Write your name and the phone number associated with your account on your punch card(s). Without this information, we cannot load points to your account. Mail to:

Q: Can I redeem my $5 Reward and another offer on the same transaction?
A: No, you can only redeem one offer/Reward per transaction.
Q: Does the $5 Reward cover tax or gratuity?
A: No, the $5 Reward does not cover tax or gratuity.
Q: If I have multiple $5 Rewards, can I redeem more than one at the same time?
A: No, you can only redeem one offer/Reward per transaction.
Q: Does my account need to be registered to unlock and redeem Rewards?
A: Yes. You must register your account to unlock and redeem Rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and Rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem Rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a Reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of whether or not the account is registered.
Q: How am I notified I have earned a $5 Reward?
A: If you have registered your account online, after you provide your phone number to the crew member, they will ask you at each visit if you would like to use the Reward until it is redeemed or expires. You will also receive an email informing you that a $5 Reward was loaded to your account (if you have opted into receiving emails).

If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned Rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock Rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.

Q: How do I redeem a $5 Reward?
A: Register your account to unlock Rewards.

Provide your phone number to the cashier at checkout in-store, and if a Reward is available, the cashier will prompt you to redeem it.

Log into your account when placing orders online at www.grabbagreen.com. At checkout, select the $5 Reward and click “Apply”.

Q: When do $5 Rewards expire?
A: $5 Rewards expire 90 days from the date they are earned and issued.
Is there a purchase minimum to redeem a $5 Reward?
A: No, there is no minimum to redeem a $5 Reward. The $5 Reward is valid for one time use only. If check total is under $5, you will forfeit the remaining amount.
Q: When will I receive my birthday Reward?
A: Your birthday Reward will be loaded to your Rewards account 7 days prior to your birthday. Please contact us if you do not see your Reward arrive or if you register your account during this time frame at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com.
Q: How long do I have to redeem my birthday Reward?
A: You have 14 days to redeem your birthday Reward in-store or online at www.grabbagreen.com. Your birthday Reward is valid 7 days prior to your birthday and expires 7 days after your birthday.
